ORDERS ARE USUALLY SHIPPED the next business day which does not include weekends and holidays. If your order is in stock it may ship on the same day. The number of days in transit, does not include the day it ships.
For Example: An order placed Friday thru Sunday for 2nd day, would ship on Monday and get delivered by afternoon on Wednesday (if the item is not out of stock). For expedited delivery, if you need this order by a specific date, please write the date needed in the "Ordering Instructions" box.


DAMAGES: Damages must be reported within 48 hours! IMPORTANT : All original packaging materials MUST be kept for inspection by carrier or claims will not be honored.

RETURN POLICY: For refunds, credit or exchanges (excluding shipping charges) returned items must be in original condition, mailed and insured within 15 days. We do not accept COD shipments or packages without a return Authorization number. Please call or email for the RA number. ENGRAVED ORDERS, MUSIC and WHISTLES ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
