These musical carousels were made in Italy in a small town near Florence. These pieces were handmade in Capodimonte raised ceramic style and finished with gold-plating over brass.   With a push of the button on the larger carousels the doors open and close while the music plays.  

Cherub, floral and scroll/swirl design in a soft light blue. This carousel has one of the most stunning patterns.
In lovely mint condition, it plays "Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head" and "A Time for Us" Reuge Movement. This is definitely a previously owned treasure that will bring delightful enjoyment to it's new owner. Dimensions: 6 1/4" x 13 3/4."
