Singing Birds in Cage-Gold Plated Brass - Two

The 200 year old tradition continues in Germany. A complex mechanism using wooden bellows and a piston whistle recreates a birdsong. Two birds move their beaks and tails in a brass cage as they sing to each other. Approx. measurement 6" diameter x 11" height.
