This lovely Green Alabaster mosque with gold plated accents was made in Italy. A tiny cherub sits on top strumming his lute and a golden lyre hides behind the doors. It has a Reuge 18 note movement that plays "Love story" as the doors open and "Edelweiss" as the doors close.
These musical carousels were originally made in Italy in a small town near Florence. This piece is hand-cut in Alabaster and finished with gold-plating over brass. Dimensions: approximately 7" in diameter and stands 11 1/2" high.
